Total price increased during removal from contract up by another $1200 as Mr Organ told me he had underestimated the number of boxes required. I questioned this and he became verbally aggressive on the phone. I was left with no choice but to pay up.During the unload he was unpleasant. However the packers were brilliant, also cheerful and helpful both groups did an amazing job. Only one glass in the entire household load was broken.

Hi Maryann Sorry you feel that way but the quote was based on a pre packing of the cartons as required and you said that you were getting rid of a lot of contents to which changed the amount of cartons packed , At no point was I aggressive to you on the phone and we tried to help you to the best of our ability and put everything where you wanted it and moved things around for you after the gear was put where you wanted it all put And the only problem was a leakage of a cleaning product in a box and the contents of that box and the other box affected was checked that nothing was damaged or destroyed in all not a mark on anything and all put back together except the table to which you could not find the bolts to as you had misplaced them We try to help people and re locate people with a high professional standard and pride Regards Stuart
