The move was on 6 September 2024, from Storage King Deagon to Carseldine. The move was scheduled for 9am the removalists arrived at 10am. It took a total of 9.5 hours, this included half hour lunch break. The removalists were that slow even the storage facility staff commented. Originally it took only 5 hours to move the same furniture from Carseldine to the storage facility. I did not use the original removalist who placed my furniture into storage because I was not satisfied with the care they took. Unfortunately the team from Move for Less took even less care. I now have a china cabinet with lead light panel that requires repairs to one of the leadlight panels because the removalists pushed against the leadlight panel with his knee to slide the cabinet along the truck floor. There are a number of items with damage, in particular a timber bedhead that was dragged upside down along concrete. I do not recommend this company.

From the start dealing with Moving24 was easy. Then the assistance from Jack at Moving For Less was exceptional. The 2 guys that completed my move were on time, in fact about 10 minutes early, and they were fantastic. How they got that much in 1 truck flawed me. Infact I will certainly be recommending the guys at Move for Less.
