Move For Less removals

Several hours late for pick up, poor communication, staged upholstered furniture exposed to rain, boys initially friendly, left grubby handprints on my possessions, destroyed a bedside table! Failed to follow through with assurances, minimised my concerns, movers swore at me in Portuguese 🇵🇹, became aggressive when I insisted on calling their scheduler to query invoice, wrote a letter of complaint to manager/owner almost a week ago, no response, not even an acknowledgment! Stay far far away from these criminals!

Movers were great, very professional and moved well. Management failed to let me know they would be over 30 minutes late for arrival to start (1-3pm window, started at 2+ hour drive at 1.30pm, boss knew failed to communicate) Loaded the truck no issues. Moved furniture, no issues, all finished in approx 65 minutes. Management tried charging for 2.5 hours of Labor/travel and tried to have the removalists stay with me, to pressure to pay invoice thatw as not correct. Rude interactions over the phone and still have not gotten the correct amount for 1 hour of work to pay.

Very unprofessional, we were very concerned from the moment they arrived in the driveway, moved most of the furniture into truck myself, considering your paying by the hour the employees were not motivated at all, took twice as long as needed, we weren't confident one bit the truck would even make it to the drop off 4 minutes down the road..

Great communication with clear and reasonable costs. Arrived as scheduled and were careful with items and property.

No after-removals service, emails and phone calls ignored regarding a claim on 1 broken item and return of apartment access (including security fob and key) given to the removalists to assist them in their work. The 2 men were pleasant and helpful, though, but disappointed overall and will not recommend them.

Would have been a 10/10 except they were a little late. Booked for 7am, arrived 7.40. Otherwise great value for money, quick, efficient, personable. Would use again.

After reorganising start time they came 2 1/2 hours late. Estimated time to complete move was 5 hours but took 7 1/2 hours. Took them more than 25 minutes longer than me (left at same time) to get from the pick up property to the new property. Even though I queried the extra cost, they would not leave until I paid them the extra money & I have not heard back from them. I did not notice at the time but a chest of drawers was damaged & drawers were not put back into display cabinets.

The Team got held up but pulled out all the stops to get us moved in.👍 Many Thanks Martin
