Move For Less removals

Had a positive moving experience with Jack and his team. They were responsive to my enquiry and organised my appointment swiftly and with no dramas. I especially commend the two gentlemen who assisted with my move, Mario & Vanderson, who were both professional.

I booked for an 8am move, however on the day of the move the truck booked with canceled or "had problems" the B team was going to arrive at 10, which they did. However they seemed very unprepared, truck a little to small, and they managed to damage almost every single thing they took into the truck. We didn't have many items however not many does not mean they are not large. The second person didn't help the first that much, half the time they spent sitting in the truck, and only helped with large items. The main fellow was really good and I don't want to give them a bad review based on what happened on the day, but it is what it is.

Terrible experience. For a one bedroom unit, it took them 7 hours to complete, longer than any previous move where I’ve been in a two bedroom unit, with a lot more furniture. Never experienced people move as slowly as these guys. Boxes labelled fragile were placed on new home- sideways, upside down. They spoke Spanish between themselves the whole time which I consider incredibly rude.

Great customer service from management when I got several quotes move for less were the most straightforward with a quote straight away. No messing around the guts turned up early and we're very helpful with bed dissemble/assemble. Would definitely recommend. Thankyou for making it as smooth as possible.

The 2 guys who moved me were awesome. But my 10am booking turned into a 4:45pm pick up. It was a nightmare dealing with the boss.

Pros: Efficient service, friendly and cooperative staff. Cons: May need to be adaptable to last-minute changes to scheduling on the day, and perhaps some miscommunication which led to additional fee incurred for furniture assembly

Excellent service from start to finish.

Several hours late for pick up, poor communication, staged upholstered furniture exposed to rain, boys initially friendly, left grubby handprints on my possessions, destroyed a bedside table! Failed to follow through with assurances, minimised my concerns, movers swore at me in Portuguese 🇵🇹, became aggressive when I insisted on calling their scheduler to query invoice, wrote a letter of complaint to manager/owner almost a week ago, no response, not even an acknowledgment! Stay far far away from these criminals!
