Friendly driver and worker, very careful with furniture very happy with service
“Not value for money”
Company ran out of time packing and didn't take all my items so I had to send it to the dump. Also they didn't mark the boxes making it hard to find items in storage.

I had great experience with the Star City. The items moved from Gold Coast QLD to Coffee Harbour. The communication keeps follow up and the team members are very friendly and helpful. The moving costs was reasonable and affordable. They were given estimated pick up and drop off times, and they sent massages to notify you. I’m very happy with their service. Highly recommend Star City.

A few little issues with scratches and a broken missing handle on tv unit. Apart from that I was happy with the move.

Good communication and working to a realistic schedule made this part of the move come out substantially better than expected. There may be some broken items, yet to find, still in boxes but the boxes look substantially intact from the outside. My motorcycle, worth more than all the other items combined, came through the ordeal apparently unscathed. :-)E

We are delighted with the condition of our household possessions upon arrival. Our only issue was delayed pick up and drop off and while we understand the pick up delay we weren’t happy with the delayed drop off. The removalists were extremely polite and hard working despite heat and humidity
