I have used Abby several times, to deliver furniture from our store, on the Gold Coast, to our local and interstate clients, I found Abby and her team Friendly and professional and honest, her prices are very reasonable a specially for interstate moving, my clients always gave me great feedback and nothing but praises for the service they received. In November 2024 I had a delivery to Cairns. unfortunately Abby’s truck broke down and she couldn't do the delivery, as the client organised, they own transport, I asked Abby to return the boxes and furniture, everything was returned in perfect condition as I originally packed, I since used Abby in Feb 2025 to deliver for a client in Brighton Victoria, everything went smoothly, the client was delighted and they received the delivery in 4 days. I absolutely have no hesitation in recommending Abby to anyone. will use Abby services in the future. Margaret Gold Coast

Abbey was brilliant! She provided a superb service overcoming being stuck in North Queensland due to the floods kept us informed and covered extra costs herself An absolute star in every respect could not recommend her highly enough give her a go!!
“Unprofessional don't use”
Late arriving for pick-up . The truck was loaded with some of our stuff mixed in with another. The loading was not very professional. I've moved alot and have never seen all the boxes put in 1st. We ended up with other people's stuff, and stuff of ours missing. The fridge, mobile tool chest, lawn mower handle, coffee table and bookcase were all damaged. Promises were made but not kept. The discounted price was not worth the stress not the cost to replace missing, damaged items.DO NOT USE.

The price is not worth the stress from dealing with them and the ongoing stress with fixing their mistakes. Price change mid move, communication extremely poor, other people's items left with us to arrange our own pick up and or delivery. Avoid. Go with a quality company. Unfortunately, this isn't one of them.
