Our business was the result of private demand in 2014. Predominantly, we serve the domestic market, moving personal items for our customers. There are no two days alike and we often meet some very interesting customers. We get on with the job and present competitive pricing, with no hidden fees.

They put us off 3 times from the original date and time they were going to arrive and when they did arrive they arrived early and tried to charge us from when they arrived not the time they said they would arrive. When they arrived at the new premises they only put everything in the garage not where it was supposed to be put throughout the house

Hi Rowan.... Sorry we got it wrong. Your issue with us was over the clock running before you turned up. As was stated: on arrival, the clock is ticking. Please note: 1. We informed you early of a likely delay. We suggested coming Sun. morning or about 7pm and would advise the ETA. 2..Apologies for our delay in getting to you. But our first job of the day was complex in the sense of combining office equipment, general house-hold, gym gear and outdoor hardware materials. Plus stairs and extra items not disclosed and having to winch heavy items to an upper floor. 3.We advised your wife(Karen) that placement would burden your target of a low cost move. So we were given consent to place all items in the garage. 4.For $150/hr(pick-up to drop-off/no other expenses). We included 3men. Instead of the original 2man team. We also carried your garde shed as a single structure. That was not included in the original quote. 5. We attempted to contact you. Kind regards Rowan from our team.

They were rude & disrespectful to our elderly parents who we arranged the move for. They dragged to job out & damaged a piece of furniture & then denied they damaged it. Will never recommend this business.

Hi Jamie.... We are sorry for any wrong doing. We are in the same age bracket as your parents and knowingly, present ourselves with a courteous manner. Something we moved came apart. Sometimes in the process of moving items, parts can separate. We brought it to Jaime's attention. If it was possible to do the job faster; then that would have been our outcome. Andrew arrived on time. I was very impressed with his team and the way they packed my boxes etc. Trip was from Logan to Townsville and explained the driver would be taking regular breaks from driving. They arrived in townsville around lunchtime the following day. Good safe service.

Our business came about in 2014, through private demand. Customers that used our service, wanted a flexible, after hours commitment. We met them head-on with our willingness to foster their focused needs. More referrals grew and by 2015, we officially registered with ATSIC. Demand is inevitable when people are shopping for service, and stand-alone fair pricing. We focus on competitive pricing and charging only from pick-up to drop-off address.

What is your top advice for your customers?
● Stay calm. ● Redirect mail and utilities. ● Decide on essentials to move(then x declutter the rest and share with family or charity organisations). ● Mark boxes and placement fragile stickers, when necessary. Do the packing of content, slowly, over several days. Your involvement keeps you focussed. ● Keep access areas clear. ● Inform neighbours of your up-coming move and the time-slot for the removal truck. ● advise the removalist about any fitting request.
