No Limits Removalists

Great care taken to wrap all my big items . The guys worked continuously to get the job done. My only concern was the language barrier. Overall I would hire them again if needed!

My recycle bin was completely filled with plastic wrapping from someone else’s removal job, leaving me to take the entire load to the tip at my own expense — costing me $95. When I raised this with the company, their only response was, “sorry about that.” During the move, the removalists tried to force my three‑seater sofa through the doorway even though it clearly couldn’t fit. They wedged it into the doorframe and refused to remove the backrests, insisting that doing so would “cost me more because it wastes time.” I had to tell them that removing the backrests is the normal and proper way to move a sofa through a doorway. In the end, they had no choice but to take them off, wasting at least ten minutes after arguing with me — time that could have been avoided had they done it correctly from the start. To make matters worse, not all my furniture could fit into the 12‑tonne truck they brought. They recommended sending a 4‑tonne truck the following day and booked it between 11 am and

Professional and efficient

Ammar and Ghity were on time polite and respectful they completed the job in a professional manner, it was a difficult task with lot's of stairs but they worked through the challenge.

I had done most of the packing and I did have a lot of stuff to go into a smaller house. However, I was rushed and very stressed by the experience. I had several oil paintings & they only brought light bubble wrap. They couldn’t move my fridge so I just had to leave it there & buy a new one. I had marked boxes kitchen etc. but they put all the boxes in one room instead of reading the labels, so a week later I found my bathroom things & I still haven’t found my kettle. They were in a rush to get home.

Did the job and all care taken. On time.

My only Complaint was the time factor as they were very late and changing times.

The service was good and the guys were careful. Unfortunately, they didn't charge by the 1/2 hour as quoted ( they were there for 3.5 hours and charged me for 5 hours)and they charged for wrapping without asking if we wanted it ( an additional $200) - Unless you have budgetted for excess charges, I won't be recommending.

Terrible experience. Changed the time 12 hours before, citing an emergency with the truck. They were then 5 hours late to their rescheduled time. They then arrived at the drop off destination after 3.5 hours at 8pm (despite being told there was someone waiting at the storage locker). They said they would give us a discount but the removalists had no idea about this, so they refused to unload the truck until full payment had been made. I put in a formal complaint and they said they would get back to me but never returned my call.
