No Limits Removalists

Removalists were good although our new fridge got dinted in the move.

Our two removalists, William and his colleague, turned up promptly and worked hard all day. They were polite, respectful, and were not fazed by any task. They treated our furniture with care, and we really enjoyed having them around for the day. We would use them again.

Despite explaining size of move twicethey sent truck way too big which didn’t fit driveway where they had to send smaller 1. Items that were carried into unit they couldn’t get out. I had to be at other premises to get electricity on & had to leave telling them everything had to go. When finally they got to me their office wanted to charge me for their initial mistake.when going back to pickup several items were still there which I had to move in 6 drives.when I contacted office the drivers said I told them to leave which is rubbish! Why would I pay someone & then do myself? Mgr. was supposed to call me back but still hasn’t company name should be no idea or scruples!

Basil and the team were more than amazing. Incredible service and extremely professional. From start to finish they did above and beyond Definitely recommend!

Great Although expensive. The workmanship was of a high standard and the staff were very courteous and helpful.

actual removal was good, the fact that they charged my credit card the remaining balance several days before the actual pick up, without telling me or asking for my approval to do so was appalling. Particularly when i was told by text that the balance would be charged on day of pick up.

The quotes are misleading. Hundreds of dollars more than what they quote. They just take money from your credit card without authorisation. They turn up in a truck far too small for the job and jam everything in you get multiple damages. And leave items behind that you have to get another mover to complete the job.

Very helpful and efficient - on time and very thorough

The removal personnel spent more time talking to each other, and on their phones than moving my furniture. They took far too long to move the 4 rooms of items from the previous address. The price I was quoted was $158 per hour. The job was completed in 3.5 hours. That comes to $553. I had already paid a $100 deposit. Then there was a call-out fee, for a job booked in advance? The total charged was $748.i am 66 years old and mobility impaired, on Centrelink.

Nothing wrong with the guys but was rescheduled twice and then they tried to charge me more for wrapping in blankets and plastic wrap.
