Ali and his team did an excellent job with a somewhat difficult job of clearing our stock from the warehouse. Handling, packing, transport and unpacking were all done with care and expertise. No complaints, just got the job done. Well done guys 5 stars. Would recommend.

k size: Small truck Movers: 2 Rate: $120.00 / 30 minutes plus GST Callout: 1 hour 30 minutes This is what happens when you ask for a quote- you have to work out your price yourself so at the end of the move you are surprised at the price if you don’t have enough money to pay either cash or you receive a direct line to deposit the money to the company I discussed a price with the company beforehand because I didn’t have a lot of cash after fleeing domestic violence I thought that it would be a $1000 The lady on the phone agreed 👍 It turned into over $2500 -$3000 ℹ nearly had a heart attack Luckily I had a friend around who could listen and help me out with some money Also some photo frames in the move got broken 😞 but they are replaceable I’m here now that’s all that matters They were nice guys but it did cost more than expected.

“Quick to contact with a Quote”
It took 3 emails to get the right address organised. They were 2 hours late without calling me. I had to chase up where they were. Was told they'd broken down when really they did another job first and put me down to the afternoon. They dropped a box upside down and didn't right it or check for damage. All the boxes, even marked which way up, were stacked on their sides.

They were ok hard to understand more care needed when moving items on trolley as they used it the wrong way should have pulled it up over slight lip rather than push it as nearly lost fridge also have asked for itemised invoice which I have not received as I believe I have been over charged also one spent most of the time talking on phone via ear buds and not fully concentrating on job
