Extremely respectful and careful with our belongings

Disgusting service - booked well in advance (over a month) for a 7am move. They never turned up and the cleaners I booked through them and paid in full never turned up either. A very stressful day made a million times worse. No explanation given and difficult to get refund.

The two guys who did our move were good but it took them 15 hours to complete. Understand there were a lot of items being moved but they could have been faster. Although they wrapped and were careful with the big items, there were some damages on the small items plus missing empty crates. We were charged extra for a heavy item & distance of truck to the lift but the two guys also asked us for extra cash for their extra work & ended up giving them $250 each on top of what we were charged by No limits. We ended up paying more than $3000! Be careful with additional charges

Don't use this removalist as they will make you even more stressed with moving!!! Firstly,I booked for the pickup to start at 9am and got a call to say they would be late and starting at 11.30am. When the 2 men arrived they constantly spoke in their own language and when they did speak English and had a conversation with me all they did was complain that everything was either too big or too heavy. My move was to take 1 queen bed and mattress, 2 bedside draws, a tv unit, a 3 seater lounge, an outdoor timber table and 6 chairs, a small buffet unit, washing machine, a small 2 seater lounge and 5 dining chairs. As their rates are per hour they really took their time to stretch out the time. I had 3 items remaining on the truck when they stopped working and said I needed to pay the invoice I had been sent via email before anything else came off the truck. The invoice was for alot more then I was quoted for 3 hrs. My move was only 8 driveways away and they took 20 minutes. Don't use them.

The removalists were very efficient. Nothing was an issue to them. The worked promptly and took care of everything they loaded.

There was a hiccup (communication gap) with the booking space allocation, but they resolved it efficiently with another truck in 2 days. There was also some delay in picking up and delivery for the second truck. Also the estimated space was wrong which cost me 500$ more. Overall experience was good.

The truck was very small; it travelled 6 hours to get here, took 3 loads & left a lot to be brought by us. It then was driven 6 hours back. 2 larger items were broken. To top it off, extra money was charged with no explanation of why. We have raised the issues with the company & are in negotiations with them. I would not recommend the company.

Truck too small resulting in additional cost

I paid a deposit to move 3bedroom townhouse in 1012t truck by two men & an end of lease cleaning service. I paid a deposit for the move & full price in adv required to secure cleaning. 0830am on the day of the job, No Limits Removalists sent a 3.5/4.5t truck, a 17yr old and a 21yr neither whom were physically fit or experienced for moving. It was impossible to get a hold of any management until after 4pm. The pair of boys had to work 11hrs straight on a hot day, they refused to take a break and said they had been scheduled to do another job later. It took 3 loads of their truck and 5 loads in my 7 seater car. I had to do a lot of lifting & move the boxes & furniture dumped in the garage into the house myself. The cleaners never showed up and no one called with any explanation or refund. At the end of the move, I was told I owed $1500 and the drivers were told not to get out of the shared driveway until payment was made.
