No Limits Removalists

The drivers were initially lost. English was not their first language They arrived an hour late to pickup. Did not go to correct address as did not put correct address into their GPS. As being an immigrant and english not being their first language made it challenging for communication. Did not call to advise they were late until they were at incorrect address and when questioned said they had other commitments ..... Left behind required tools for furniture assembly even after being given said tools and told not to leave behind. Lack of clarity around payment and cost. Even tho deposit was made. And added on an additional 2hr call out fee when advised would told no back to base fees. Will not use them again. They must read their company reveiws!! Will not use them again and wouldnt be surprised if they have had complaints made to ACCC about them...

Lovely 2guys but I moved only into next st 12 houses away. 2truckloads with my daughter helping $1800 I had emailed and said i can only afford 3hrs....expecting heavy stuff done in that time....I forgot to keep an eye on time....but they also should of been ....and organised heavy stuff first.. No they left behind all the big stuff....fridge/freezer....dining table and chairs....lounge....my mattress...got the base but 3x wheels left behind... Took my last cent....I ended up having to pay each week of rent to finish moving.....Feel rip off

It was a difficult move on the day but now it’s great now time for the unpacking

Worst company i have ever dealt with , paid extra for a large truck , the truck turned up as a back load and it was 3 hours late . one of the guys couldnt speak any english , we had to leave them there so we could pick up our keys. They left stuff off the truck we had to go back up and pick this stuff up Then when they delivered our goods the next day, the boss rang for his payment i said wait till they finish unloading then he said no i want it now or i will stop the guys unloading , next minute they stopped working and where blaring the world cup on the radio, we paid asap.Please do not use them .

The men were very professional. Packed the truck expertly. Very friendly and helpful. Would recommend them to others.

Removalist arrived on time, one young & one older worker. Communication was a problem. The older worker seemed too not care about damaging the old place or the new place with trolleys or my own furniture. although there was not a lot to move, they were time efficient. I also used No Limit to do the end of lease cleaning. Again communication was a major problem and the job failed inspection. I spent four (4) days trying to get the cleaners back, but I was ignored, given the run around and even hung up on by members of the customer service department. The job was finally completed after threats of the Real Estate sending them a bill to get another cleaning contractor in to complete the job. Poor service overall - especially from customer service

Two men who were given a difficult and unpleasant experience at the building I moved from who were patient and respectful dealing with the management of the building I moved into.
