0 STARS! We were promised professional, insured service, but got an unprepared subcontracted crew that caused thousands in damage — and left us to pay for it. Despite repeated assurances, they arrived without equipment, damaged our fridge beyond repair, stained shared carpets with BBQ grease, and ignored our medical limitations- dropping the fridge down the stairs with me underneath. They refused to move our TV as agreed and charged us for over an hour that they disappeared during the move. The job ran over 5 hours due to disorganisation, and we had to help, despite saying we physically couldn’t. Additional damage: couch and bed dropped in mud, dented washing machine. They begun with offering $300 & we had to get a lawyer to recover a small amount, & even then they short-paid. After legal fees, we’re still out thousands. Absolutely disgraceful experience. No professionalism, no accountability, no insurance coverage. Save yourself the stress and money — do not hire No Limits Removals.

The guys were on time, and moved everything without fuss but I paid for it in the long run. I was quoted $450 after disclosing the amount of steps and the weight of the fridge, to be charged over $1000, undisclosed until after I paid a non refundable deposit. Little disappointed really. Won’t use then again.

Guys were great. Cost of bubble wrap was ridiculous and took away from the whole experience.

Poor calculation of volume due to poor packing effort

They possibly over promised when they accepted our job, and they certainly under estimated. The removal guys did their best and looked after our stuff well. There was certainly a difference between what we were promised and what actually occured. We're providing feedback to the company. They clearly want to do a good job.

Courteous, helpful, responsive. Completed the work to a higher standard. Highly recommended, will use again.

I would not recommend as I asked 3 times if 1 truck would be sufficient to move a 5 bedroom house and study and was told yes. Then 3 hours before we are supposed to be out of the house they tell me that only half my house would fit on the truck and I need another truck!! I live 45mins away from the nearest rental company. The two men who came to help me move were fabulous and very careful with the furniture. Couldn’t fault them

Very professional removalists. Fast, aware of health and safety. Very friendly staff. Very efficient.

Quick to call me back, very upfront with how payment works.. easy booking and kept me upto date with arrival time and delivery.. unfortunately the estimated cost wasn’t adjusted even though the job was completed in less than half the time I was quoted!
