“Would not recommend this company”
The quotes are misleading. Hundreds of dollars more than what they quote. They just take money from your credit card without authorisation. They turn up in a truck far too small for the job and jam everything in you get multiple damages. And leave items behind that you have to get another mover to complete the job.

“At least I didn’t have anything stolen.”
The removal personnel spent more time talking to each other, and on their phones than moving my furniture. They took far too long to move the 4 rooms of items from the previous address. The price I was quoted was $158 per hour. The job was completed in 3.5 hours. That comes to $553. I had already paid a $100 deposit. Then there was a call-out fee, for a job booked in advance? The total charged was $748.i am 66 years old and mobility impaired, on Centrelink.
“Not pleasent”
Nothing wrong with the guys but was rescheduled twice and then they tried to charge me more for wrapping in blankets and plastic wrap.

Got over charged. Refunded later but took a long time. Customer service was good but need to read a small print.
“Absolutely horrible.”
Worst service we have ever received. They arrived with a smaller truck than needed so they had to leave furniture behind and we had to move it ourself. They deliberately wasted time by unscrewing the tops off of desks when it didn't make them any smaller as well as the stands off of the TVs. They packed said TV's and our computer screens in a soft fabric for transportation, one of the TV's was delivered with a hole in the screen so a total write off. They took their time and went slowly through the pickup process, maybe because I am a young female. They damaged door frames as they took items out and put a massive scratch/indent on the wall when moving the fridge. They then dumped everything at our new place and only offered to help put the sofas and the TV's back together they'd pulled apart AFTER I said I was unsatisfied with the delivery. Then they charged my card without my permission for a much higher amount than expected and now they won't reply to any emails. Do not use them.

Didn't move everything that we needed, holes left in the walls, as well as a few broken pieces of furniture. Was quotes $2200 only to find out on the day we would be paying nearly $2800! Not happy at all
“Excellent service”
They did accidentally go to the wrong town initially but kept me informed of this and of new arrival time. Took great care of our items and of property walls etc. Very happy with the service.
“No limits, no customer service either”
Booked in and paid deposit for removal on Saturday. Emailed on Monday to get a pick up window, driver will call you. Driver didn’t call, called again on Wednesday and Thursday. Friday they called and said they are on the way, a day early. No mention of changing drop date and time. Driver complaining the whole time saying load was bigger than expected and I should pay more, exact measurements were given to office.
