They damaged my fridge which blew up the second I turned it on.

They showed up two nice guys,took the fridge,I did not know they don't have a tailgate for their truck,it's too heavy to lift to the truck ,they dropped and broke it. The work was not done ,yet they keep asking for payment so they can look into repairs of the fridge.very unprofessional,I'm left with a job not done and a broken 4 K fridge.
