“Excellent service”
They did accidentally go to the wrong town initially but kept me informed of this and of new arrival time. Took great care of our items and of property walls etc. Very happy with the service.
“No limits, no customer service either”
Booked in and paid deposit for removal on Saturday. Emailed on Monday to get a pick up window, driver will call you. Driver didn’t call, called again on Wednesday and Thursday. Friday they called and said they are on the way, a day early. No mention of changing drop date and time. Driver complaining the whole time saying load was bigger than expected and I should pay more, exact measurements were given to office.

Damaged the rental property and furniture. Provided small truck when large was ordered. Took several trips instead of the promised one trip. Movers were careless with furniture and damaged walls and door frames and furniture. Not satisfied with the move. Customer service over the phone was good though.

When quoted it was between 560 and 750 paid 1156 and then they were 45 minutes late there was a big guy and a small guy the smaller guy seem to be doing most of the work while the other one was on his phone and was a very slow process in doing their job which made it cost more when moving our refrigerator they laid it down and had put dents in the door not happy at all with the move.

After they picked & packed, they added an extra $1900 on the removal fee. We had damaged things, like broken TV and Family Airlooms. We have tried ringing emailing and calling them and they wont return our calls or email us bk. To fix the damamged goods..

Although the team was running late, they worked hard all day to make up for it. We found them to be hard working, courteous, polite and patient.
