Great service but be careful of pricing.

The move was planned and scheduled perfectly to meet my situation. The team were very understanding. On the day of the move the team were very professional and communicated clearly on the timing of delivery. The two team members were super helpful

This tray was taken by the movers on the 19th January and after that there is no trace of it. It is approximate 60cm in diameter and is made of copper and has Egyptian print engraved on it. This was given to me by my father and I would very much like it back. I have no problems with the movers it's just very disappointing to have this go missing. Booking for 8.00am, arrived at 10.30am with an 8 ton truck when the booking was for a 10-12 ton truck. 4 trips to the new house (15 minute drive by truck) & finished at 8.00pm with still another load to complete (which I did myself 2 days later). Truck Staff were terrific under the circumstances. At 8.00pm some management person was going to charge the full cost (based on the hours worked) & didn’t provide a detailed breakup of the bill!

Overall good service and fast

I’ve moved 12 times previously and unfortunately in December I was unable to contract the removalist who has moved us the previous 5 moves. I’ve always knew how amazing our removalist has been when Ive had to experience No Limits, I’m so grateful for our prior experiences. No limits were absolutely abominable. Steer clear! I booked the largest truck for mid morning, a small truck arrived after 1pm. They couldn’t get the truck I had paid the deposit for, communications were terrible, not returning calls, no follow up when they said they would. After 2 trips, they had to return the following day but instead of arriving at 9am as they said they would, they arrive at 3pm. It cost me so much more money because not only was I still being charged per hour for the largest truck but I had to pay for the travel time between trip 1 and 2. They are very cunning in that they unpack 3/4 of the truck and only unpack the last 1/4 after you pay the remainder. Please, be kind to yourself, don’t hire!

Several items were destroyed including one before the truck was even loaded. The people loading the truck lied about what had been broken when I noticed broken glass telling me it was something of theirs. It was my computer. I have made a claim against their insurance and still haven't heard back from them nearly 2 months later. Don't waste your money.

They arrived 3 hours late with no contact from anyone for 2.5 hours. When I refused to pay until I receive a discount for my inconvenience, the driver threatened me with taking my items back out of my home. This was a very bad experience.

My move was booked for 12pm to 3pm. No limits Removalists arrived at 4pm, stating that the previous job was bigger than they thought. There was 3 men instead of the expected 2. They loaded 17 items, of which 3 were large, requesting a blanket to wrap the TV. They went to the wrong address, and rung to ask were I was. I was standing outside my new unit, and they were no where in sight. They finally arrived, and the finish unloading at 7:30pm. It was a long and tiring day for all concerned. I would not recommend No Limit Removalists and I would seriously suggest looking elsewhere.
