“Job Incomplete, Unprofessional and Doubled in Cost”
The owner of Vaz Vaz Power Removals, Rod quoted and arranged for my move from Brisbane to the Gold Coast. The job was quoted at $110 per hour and would take a max of four hours. It was a standard two-bedroom apartment with easy access. The removalists were 30 minutes late and very disorganised. When they got to my apartment, I was asked to sign a sheet of paper that was on a clipboard to say I agreed to the time they had started the job (8.20 am). I left the apartment to travel to my new residents on the Gold Coast. After numerous phone calls, the truck arrives at the Gold Coast almost five hours later. I am also advised that my lounger "couldn't fit" in the 4.5-tonne truck. The truck took only 30 minutes to unload. After the truck is unloaded and with my lounge still at my apartment in Brisbane, I am now told the job will cost double what I was quoted. The owner, Rod called me personally to abuse me, stating that I was "f***ing annoying" and I should just pay the money. DO NOT USE!!

The only think that you did it wrong was the 8 for the ( Value for money ), as we did speak over the phone, you were trying to say that the moving24 was offering the prices from $39, but you were not actually putting a review to them and for us, so our price actually was very good for the job that we perfomed to you and also the care that we tooked. I did understand the reason, but just to explain to our customer that she did the 8 because the website was offering services at the price of $39 onwards, so she tought that would be cheaper to do it, but actually my price was the best and the job as well ( was top 1 as we always do ), was a mistake from Christina.

The boys turned up on time (actually early), which was nice to see. All were very polite and introduced themselves upon arrival. No request was too much trouble and the moved was completed seamlessly despite trying conditions in the form of rain as the day wore on. I would highly recommend Vaz Power Removals without hesitation.

“Disappointed damaged furniture”
Furniture was found to be damaged Immediately after removalist had been paid and left. Notified them immediately and on multiple occasions in fortnight following with replies to say they would fix. No action then taken to date by the company. Obtained own quite for repair, emailed information to company, one month since move, and no response or action to remedy or reimburse me for damage. Very unhappy. Cheap yes, but now very expensive the repair will cost equal plus 50% the cost of the move.
