Very happy with the whole dispatch and service. No damage and stored at final destination well.

The guys were very efficient and organised for the interstate move. However, we would have liked an ETA on delivery of items.

Unfortunately, unable to rate worse than 2.0 on this review site. Deserve zero. The truck crew were very slow in loading then left at an apparently predetermined time whether truck was loaded or not. So a significant amount of our belongings were left behind - including electrical gear outside in the rain. They claimed the truck was full - which it wasn't. Then we lost a sentimentally valuable item of furniture in the transaction - which had no stops in the move interstate. They denied ever seeing or loading it even though we saw them load it. We hadn't anticipated needing to video record the truck being loaded and leaving before the task was complete to counter their false denials. Nothing the police can do without hard evidence - recommend recording entire loading and unloading to provide hard evidence of items 'disappearing' enroute. Both in packing and unloading truck, fragile and don't stack labels on cartons were ignored. Absolutely appalling!!
