Statesman Removals

Was a terrible experience. The removalist themselves were nice. Items were left behind. The online quoting system was shocking. Quote stated at $1200 and ended up costing almost $5k. Would not recommend these guys at all.

These movers were incompetent. They scuffed my walls in Sydney then told me that they "looked old and must have already been there" even though I saw the mover make the scuff mark. At times the movers were not even taking boxes to the truck with them and needed to be asked to do so. They arrived at 7pm on Sunday night in Brisbane to drop off my items and told me that they were only quoted 1 hour to unpack, even though I was charged for 2 hours the day before. This meant that most of my items had to be unloaded downstairs and I had to move them up the following day. They again made scuff marks on the house in Brisbane on the few items they did move upstairs. Most of the items had to be moved off the truck by myself as the movers were very slow. I passed feedback to the Statesman sales rep. (Omar) and have never heard back or had the price adjusted. So basically, if you want an easy move with competent movers and don't want to be ripped off, don't use Statesman Removals.

Very professional service Reasonable price compared to other companies The father and Daughter that moved my gear were friendly and took great care of my property nothing damaged at all. Thanks guys would definitely recommend 💯
