I have got a very small truck which wasn’t able to move my 2 bedrooms house in one go. I have moved all the boxes by myself in my van and left only the furniture but that wasn’t enough as the truck was considerably small. Also, the truck has no back lift and so they couldn’t take the fridge until I jumped in and helped them to have it up in the truck. Overall, the guys worked very hard and they didn’t wast time at all, however I was disappointed as after all, they couldn’t move the furniture in on go and I paid more money than I have to.

They canceled at the last minute. Had to rebook the dock at the new apartment

Very Easy to Book. Carton hire was a great thing and they were delivered on time. Unexpected cost - on the day of move they couldn’t fit all on one truck, even though we had been quoted on an inventory list, so they sent another truck which added $500 to the move.

Good rates, nice customer service staff, effective removalists.

Nice gentleman attended. Big large truck. And didn't waste time. We did notice a few pieces of furniture with chips on the corners. A little more care could have been taken.

The guys were good all round. The younger three in particular, the older gentleman wasn’t as effective. All polite.

Attitude was ok, easy to deal with.

They ran late, but it was due to having a flat tyre. But no one had contacted us, until we contacted them. But once arrived, they were quick and efficient. Got the job done.

Easy to deal with, professional with care for antiques and fragile items. Great communicative team spirit.
