I'd requested a van as we didn't have a large quantity of items consisting of oversized polystyrene letters, 2 easels, one large screen in a fold up bad and a couple of smaller bags but they arrived in a truck and 2 people which I stated was far too big. The company called back after the delivery and we decided not to use them the next day after the conference as it would be a waste of money to do so, so I appreciated that consideration.

In this case, it specified a truck and two movers, which might be where the confusion occurred. We always strive to provide the best solutions for our clients. That’s why, after the job, we called to advise that our services may not have been the right fit for your needs. We agreed not to proceed with the move back to help you avoid unnecessary expenses.
