“Happy with move”
Friendly staff (from the initial phone call to the movers themselves). Effective and efficient. The only things preventing a perfect mark were very minor: failure to call ahead when arriving a little late (being a Sunday, was a bit panicky especially when couldn't get a hold of the office), didn't notice a fragile marked box and packed a box on top, and didn't charge the EFTPOS unit, so needed to call office to take payment
