Removalist were so friendly, looked after our furniture, price was good, communicated throughout the time of moving, they got the job done very pleased and would use again

Very poor customer service, delayed by a day. Notified at last moment about change. Truck removalist came with an attached trailer and declined to bring the truck through driveway as it was too long. Company charged extra time due to extra time taken. Then refused to attend to concerns.

Jason and Elliot from StarCity removals were fast and efficient and my mums belongings all arrived safely at their destination the next day. Which was great as there was no waiting period for things to arrive it was there waiting for us and we were able to get her set up and organised with minimal stress.
