“Move ok - admin and payment problematic”
Move itself was fine. However, when paying final instalment as job is completed there was a dispute over what time they arrived and were finishing. Keep good records (screenshots) of when they arrive (txts from driver etc) to avoid a later dispute as the admin team seems to.be strategically tricky to maximise final payment.
“Happy but not happy”
Moving guys were great. Misled on the costings involved. Not value for money.

Very good, hard working and friendly enough guys on the job. A bit of miscommunication about the cash payment and a few scratches to our stuff but overall - pretty good. The company were able to sort us out post-move. Great customer service from the company itself. Not a cheap removalist service, but it was a fair price and on par with a few other quotes we received.
“Rowe 1”
Due to a misunderstanding, the truck came from Sydney, was too small for the job, and left half of the required move in the house.
