Generally friendly team leader, while the other 2 staff did not speak English. They ran out of boxes to pack my belongings and used the sheets from my bed to move clothes and shoes. I was asked to go to Bunnings to buy extra boxes despite what was packed into boxes before they arrived. Only one broken glass from the move. They persevered with a sofa that was very difficult to get through a doorway. Draws were moved with items in them, and were tipped / flipped so items were falling out.

Costumer service the best Removalist guys fast, organised and professional, the problem was the size of the teak because they dis not do the inspection so it was a bit complicated as they could not feee all in one. The costumer service though adjusted the price at the end. So thank you for that.

Price quoted for the move was very competitive, but they were a little careless with packing and handling resulting in a number of damages to major pieces. Whilst you don't expect a big move to go without incident, there is insurance cover to protect you, right? The restrictive terms of insurance cover, make it difficult to make a successful claim. Despite providing photographic evidence, I am still waiting to hear anything.

Satisfactory relocation.

Everything went relatively smoothly, only damage on one thing. They did offer to repair it, but I wanted to do that myself. Overall it was a good job.
