Top Gun Movers

They were the worst,changed time on the day at least five time . Then they didn’t show up at all . We waited at new place all day . Absolutely disgraceful service , constant lies about what time they were coming . I would strongly advise people never to use them . I am a pensioner and left a deposit which has not been refunded . I have asked for it twice now . Really upset at these . My family took time off to help me all for nothing . I didn’t want to give any stars you need to put a minus on your form

The movers took a long time to load the truck, then did way under the speed limit on a free way. The movers where young and didn't seem to know what they where doing a lot of guess work. They just took too long all up.

They were 40 minutes late but they were thorough and were able to get all of my furniture on and would use again in the future if required

got to our place 2 hours later and still refused to give discount on the arrival charged for and damaged some wooden furniture especially my expensive dining table very disappoionted and they took their time during the process talking alot in their language so we couldnt understand. never in a million yrs recommend big mistake. would have paid more money for someone else just to get their on time and not scratch and damage anything of ours. did not even cover everything or hardly any of our things. spoke to manager for some discount no way.

I booked for a pick up between 12-2pm & paid a deposit. The confirmation email said pick up between 1-3 & there was a surcharge which i wasnt told about. I also wasnt told that the quoted price didnt include gst. Why quote without gst when it has to be charged regardless? On moving day we had to do some trailer loads before the truck. A couple of times i rang top gun for updates to ensure i would be at the right house at the right time. However they didnt call back(if they say ‘I’ll call u back in 5mins’-they won’t! So i was left waiting & unsure if i had time to do another trailer load or not. After more ph calls & wasting time the driver to calls to say the truck won’t be here until 5pm! This information would’ve been handy alot earlier. They arrive @5pm & neither of the men are wearing masks!-probably didnt sanitise either! The arm of couch was dragged along driveway & they only put a few things in the truck saying no more would fit. I wont ever recommend this mover.
