My booked mover had to cancel so I called Big Stuff Movers, and they sent me a team in 2 hours! They came through when I needed. They were efficient and the whole move was done in 2 hours.

“Worst Ever!”
Customer service was the lowest. They are the slowest movers ever.7 hours to move a 3 brm home, not even everything. We had to help on occasions. They nearly took out the powerpole next to the driveway.$990 later!!
“Moved home and furniture damaged”
Had booked and arranged for our furniture to be moved in the morning, two guys turned up and loaded 90% of our items in to the 4.5t truck, all seemed fine. at the new location they unloaded everything within 1.5hrs, all seemed fine again. as soon as they finished they wanted me to leave a 5 star review, to which is was pretty much forced to do on google. no , the next morning we started unpacking more boxes and went to put clothes in a tall boy and the draws didnt open properly. immediately rang and was told to send photos and pictures to which i did, and then was told some one from higher up would call after 2 days. im still waiting and have had no response from the company, even after sending an email.

Lots to improve in terms of customer service as well as respecting customer's rights especially coming to finalizing payments after works done !
