“Movers took great care with my furniture.”
The two movers delivered everything that was arranged - they called 20 mins ahead of arrival, arrived at the organised time and were very careful getting my furniture down from my level 3 apartment - either in the lift or down the staircase. Would highly recommend.

Big Stuff Movers were polite and the job was set up smoothly. The gentlemen who arrived at the Storage Facility were also polite and went about loading the truck. Unfortunately, despite the same amount of furniture having fitted in the same size truck when we had it stored, there were several items left behind. So while Big Stuff Movers had a better hourly rate, the job took approximately an hour longer than last time and we had to then pay an air-tasker to move the last of the items. Also seemed unusual that the poor drivers hadn't bought any lunch or water - which dismayed me as I wasn't prepared or had opportunity at the Storage Facility to help with that. Overall I'd say 7/10 for effort but 10/10 for admin/organising initially.
