“Good to start with. Ended on a bad note!”
Move went well and communication was good, that is why we switched from another company as they also agreed to match the price. But the move itself took longer than we thought it would. Also one of the movers took our set of keys and they didn't return until almost a week later! I had to email and text multiple times every day. It was only when I emailed about it being reported as lost keys that they seemed to act. They told us not to worry, that they would come one particular day and I had someone wait all day and still nothing. They only managed to drop the keys in the evening the next day. Only offered a 'sorry about that'.. I also emailed a feedback to the company with no reply.
