Four dates set for pick-up and delivery. Accepted the 2nd quote, when the contract came it was 2 days before the first removal date and had increased by $520.00, which I was forced to pay. I moved Qld to Armidale N.S.W. perhaps a little bit if communication from Agill would have helped the stress level. This move has definitely been on a par with when my Husband of 41 years passed. Once the deposit was made, that was the end of communication. I would dread to think that anyone else would go through the hell Agill Transport put me through. I have since read some very bad reviews about this company. Be warned, every word others have said re a warning and the hell they went through is true. On the occasions when I did get to talk to someone, they were very good at lying, but like a fool I believed what I was hearing. I am luckier than some of the reviews I have read as I have actually received my belongings. Be very careful people, be warned!

Got caught up in Vic border closure for NSW removalists, this caused a very long delay with little information from the company. Once the move happened it went ok.

We hire Agill transport to move our furniture for long distance Every thing went well .They were on time and every thing deliver in good condition , Driver and other helper were very caring and professional and we will be using them again 5 stars service

Did not pick up on scheduled day, did not call to say when they would be there, did not delivery on agreed day, numerous phone calls to get info on when it would be delivered this was followed by 5 days of being told they’ll be there tomorrow and then not turning up and me having to call to find out what’s going on. It cost me lost wages, hundreds of dollars in motel accommodation, When delivery did occur it 8pm and it was apparent things were not in good order, the driver said the company were terrible and I was lucky at least it all wasn’t wet - large missing items include the base to glass top dining table leaving just the glass, microwave, tool bag, linens, the top of a Dyson stick vacuum so unable to use , broken items include fridge, when left to stand for 3hrs turned on and it blew, smoke and electrical fire, hand carved aboriginal statue broken in head off, 2 x floor lamps among other things - communication has been aggressive,

a huge thank you to all the team. It was not an easy process for any of us, however Agill Transport provided me with patience, patience and more patience. I underestimated and nothing was too much trouble for this company. I highly recommend Agill Transport who are professional and worth every cent. I thank you so much Agill Transport. Communication did not exist and timeliness of information when it was provided was late and did not allow any time for review. Very disappointing experience and the probably the most annoying was the company's failure to recognise their issues and respond accordingly. Will not be using Agill Transport again as relaibility and professionalism does not exist.

absolutely terrible days late delivering and when my stuff turned up it was damaged and wet.the truck had holes in the roof. i was quoted a price to move then they doubled it once my goods were picked up. Quoted $2175 Charged $4876

Showed up late, tried to deliver before the agreed date, didn't have and moving blankets, tools, ramps on the trucks, damaged almost everything they moved. Would not give a refund after causing damages .honestly nobody should use these guys they were truly awful.
