“APPALLING SERVICE STEER CLEAR”
Did not pick up on scheduled day, did not call to say when they would be there, did not delivery on agreed day, numerous phone calls to get info on when it would be delivered this was followed by 5 days of being told they’ll be there tomorrow and then not turning up and me having to call to find out what’s going on. It cost me lost wages, hundreds of dollars in motel accommodation, When delivery did occur it 8pm and it was apparent things were not in good order, the driver said the company were terrible and I was lucky at least it all wasn’t wet - large missing items include the base to glass top dining table leaving just the glass, microwave, tool bag, linens, the top of a Dyson stick vacuum so unable to use , broken items include fridge, when left to stand for 3hrs turned on and it blew, smoke and electrical fire, hand carved aboriginal statue broken in head off, 2 x floor lamps among other things - communication has been aggressive,

Communication did not exist and timeliness of information when it was provided was late and did not allow any time for review. Very disappointing experience and the probably the most annoying was the company's failure to recognise their issues and respond accordingly. Will not be using Agill Transport again as relaibility and professionalism does not exist.
“they were terrible”
absolutely terrible days late delivering and when my stuff turned up it was damaged and wet.the truck had holes in the roof. i was quoted a price to move then they doubled it once my goods were picked up. Quoted $2175 Charged $4876
“The worst company I have ever used”
Showed up late, tried to deliver before the agreed date, didn't have and moving blankets, tools, ramps on the trucks, damaged almost everything they moved. Would not give a refund after causing damages .honestly nobody should use these guys they were truly awful.

For my families interstate move from victoria to Nsw I had to find a backloading company. Firstly, Chloe is great to deal with, she informed us off all the options available for us in regard to storage/packing and tailored a moving package that was the best for our situation and kept the budget down.. The wife was happy and the process was well planned and went well, I am very grateful for choosing Agill Transport and would recommend time and time again.
Given 4 different times for pick up. The first 3 times I stayed at home and waited and waited, even changing my plans so i was at home and they did not turn up and did not communicate with me. I contacted them each time and was given a new time. If I had not paid a deposit I would of given up but they had my deposit. They did not always answer the phone, i think they recognised my phone number and choose not to answer my calls because often texted after my telephone call was unanswered. Communication was poor. On the fourth attempt they turned up at 8pm at night (time I was given was in the afternoon) and delivered the lounge and table tennis table appropriately. The frustration was not worth the reasonably price.

Family wanting to run a small business. Started in 2020 small company with people move in mind wanting everyone to have a good experience.

Make sure you pack your items correctly. Make sure you have the proper insurance.
