“Great efficient stress free move”
We recently used this removalist company and were very happy with the service. The team were friendly, professional and handled our belongings with care. “Never again”
Disgusting mannerism by the driver, side kick was nice. The driver deliberately broke off the legs on my 6 month old dressing table , hid the legs in drawers and snapped my daughter's mirror completely off its base, stated he needed to fit into truck. Dented and scratched my 6 month old deep freezer, and dining table . Under insurance claim. Now they won't return calls or emails. Pls do not go through this company.
“Skylines - efficiency and great customer service”
This was my first time using this business. And they did not disappoint. Alicia, the contact person in the office was super helpful and provided regular updates throughout the process The movers arrived on time, were extremely polite, fast working and professional. They even assisted with reassembling some of our furniture, which was an appreciated bonus. They also dealt with all items with care. In short, they were efficient and .I have no hesitation whatsoever in using this business again in future or recommending them.

We couldn't have asked for a better team. The two men who moved us were friendly, patient, and very accommodating when we changed a few things along the way. They made sure every item was placed in the right room, treated our belongings with care, and packed everything perfectly. Their cheerful attitude and excellent service truly stood out. We would definitely use them again in the future.
“The most stressful THREE days of my life”
This company is inexperienced and lack due care. Many of my items were damaged. Boxes were packed with no packaging added around item and no labels on boxes. Moved from a three bed one bath house with storage to a five bedroom house with storage took them THREE days. They didn't make our beds up, left the house we moved into inhabitable with furniture on its side, in the wrong rooms. Totally devastating experience.

A two-hour packing service was booked, not a full packing service, and many items were still unpacked on our arrival, there was not even space to move the items. There were also several changes to the moving plan, and many items were not ready, which contributed to the overall time required. Our crew accommodated additional requests, including transporting pot plants that were originally to go in your own vehicle, and followed your husband's instruction not to dismantle certain furniture. Despite the challenges, we completed the move and did our best to meet your requests. we wish you all the best in your new home.
