“Service delivered poor and substandard”
The staff continuously complained about how much stuff we had, and how hot it is. They have further handled our boxes and furniture very poorly dragging our lounge suite on the dirty floor (without wrapping them in plastic (which our previous removalists did). They also damaged our one study table, and placed glassware boxes upside down (at least 6 of them). The staff also worked very slow, and took a long time to get to the new address (I left the same time as them, and I took a detour via Jimboomba to pick up keys, and still waiting +- 25 minutes for the truck to finally arrive). Service in a nutshell, was disgustingly poor.

How did you start your business?
After working in the industry for nearly 8 years I have grown a passion for moving furniture. So I decided it was time too go out on my own an make my dreams a Reality.
What makes your services standout?
I do the things other removal company’s don’t want to do, move the HEAVY stuff. Piano’s, Pool Tables. You know all the fun stuff.
What is your top advice for your customers?
The more organised you are the better. The more your organised the easier my Job is. That means I can get it done quicker an you can save money on your move.
