The crew did their best but were not very experienced and didn't want to handle anything fragile or too awkward. Dropped tools before the job was finished and promised another crew would come to complete the job - they did not. First crew returned the next day to "complete" the job and charged a second callout fee. And still didn't finish the job. Gave up in the end and finished the move myself. What they did was OK, the remainder - all the delicate and awkward jobs I did myself, much better.

Arrived very late. Seemed inexperienced. worked very slowly.

Very careful with furniture and respectful. It was only a couch ensuite, a pedalstal fan and outdoor furniture from a deceased estate.

“Very bad. Don’t use.”
A disaster from start to finish. The dumped all boxes in my garage, noticed where they were labeled for. Damaged one of my new dining chairs and didn’t bother to tell me. They seemed to have no idea what they were doing. After they put each item in the truck they stood chatting in their own language which is rude when they could speak English. I wouldn’t ever use them again and certainly would never use them again even if I was paid to.
