“Excellent”
Arrived late as they got lost but worked tirelessly and cheerfully throughout. I did expect them to be carrying packing materials as described by the company and hadn't packed 2 dozen bottles of wine. I therefore had to rearrange some packed goods. The company said they only carry packing materials if requested. Apart from that, the service was very good and I would use them again.
“Okay but won't use again.”
We had them move myself and my partner into our new house. They were over an hour late to the first pick up location, offered no compensation for the inconvenience caused and then marked a wall with a piece of furniture on the way out. At the drop off location, they tried to talk thier way out of carrying things upstairs for us even though its stated in the agreement they would. My partner and I ended up carrying things upstairs. At the second pickup, they were on time, however didn't bring a big enough truck meaning they had to make 2 trips. We had to argue with the manager to get on of the trip costs taken off because it wasn't our fault the truck wasn't big enough. They tried to charge us extra for the time. They left lots of scratches and dents on our bed frame and then claimed it was already like that... it wasn't. Overall, we're glad we had our things moved, but we did wish we'd gone with someone more competent.
“Relocation”
The guys were on time, pretty efficient and were happy to help stack my washer and dryer in a tight space. There was no damage to my belongings and the process from booking to payment were easy.

“Cannot recommend highly enough”
Totally satisfied with the service I received from Movex Cranbourne. Great communication from the time I made my enquiry till today when the move was completed. The guys were fantastic, taking care of all my furniture and the property I was moving out of. My storage unit was packed, again taking care of all my furniture. I really can’t recommend Movex Cranbourne highly enough and will definitely use them again when I need to move in the future. Thank you so much.

I don't have google account so I will text review. Very professional team that came and helped the move. Communication was great and assisted us getting another truck and team to ensure we got everything done on the day. All furniture was treated well and no damage. No items were moved down the stairs with a trolly, all items including a fridge were carried by hand. The job was done.

“Good workers”
The removalists came around 9am, and packed the breakable goods in boxes. They loaded all the furniture in the van, taking good care of fragile items. At the destination they unloaded furniture and boxes, taking good care of all items. They were quick workers as well as careful.
