“Very bad. Don’t use.”
A disaster from start to finish. The dumped all boxes in my garage, noticed where they were labeled for. Damaged one of my new dining chairs and didn’t bother to tell me. They seemed to have no idea what they were doing. After they put each item in the truck they stood chatting in their own language which is rude when they could speak English. I wouldn’t ever use them again and certainly would never use them again even if I was paid to.

While collecting quotes this company was great with emails and following up. The movers were running late but were quick and very careful with all my belongings and nothing was too much for them to do. All I had to do was ask

“Steer Well Clear”
Turned up late Worked very very slow I believe they overcharged me and to date have called several times to get itemised invoice which they will not provide

“Offered a time then missed a deadline”
I only needed 3 armchairs moved from one location to another, both places that close at 5pm. The job was booked for 1pm - 3pm, and I was delighted as I only gave them 1 day's notice. However, they didn't arrive at the first location, so numerous ponecalls and stress, then they finally collected at 5pm just as they were closiing. And then had to go through Friday peak hour traffic to get to the other place that had to keep a staff member back for 45 minutes after closing, waiting for them. A small easy job that should have led me to leave a great review, left me stressed and disappointed, although relieved the place they were delivering to saved me, and in the end it was delivered. Please don't promise what cannot be achieved.

“Where on time”
The company did not have a truck with tail gate lift. This made the time to move longer and did not move the truck closer to the door so there was a longer distance for them the move my stuff.
