“Smooth transition”
Removalists were very professional and helpful with all aspects of the move.
“Basically happy with the service”
Only scored lower on Customer Service because the truck was delayed 2.5hrs due to a problem with the truck used. We had already left Perth to meet them at the lock-up storage for the 7am time slot give. However, the delay meant we had t wait until 0930 to let them into the storage unit. OK things do happen but time is money and they shoud've at least offered us a discount on the price.

The guys were on time, very courteous & looked after our furniture with great respect. We moved from single to double storey & whilst they faced some challenges get heavy furniture upstairs, they didn’t complain & just got on with it. If you are moving I would definitely recommend Port Mandurah Removals.
