“Chaotic”
I was quoted $2400 and it ended up $4320. Ernie was lovely and helpful but considering I was on a budget and would have gone with Kent that stores your gear for a week and dismantles your bed and puts it back together and only handles you gear once puttting it into a container to be delivered when you want it and quoted $4070 , I felt it became very stressful and upsetting . We negotiated a price a bit less than Kent so that was helpful . I have mixed feelings about my experience.
