“313 not good”
The quote was for $130 per hour plus $3 per step They took 6 hours (very slow) with 28 steps so $864 they charged me over $1500. I shouldn't have paid it but I was tired and just wanted them to leave. I paid for 2 men but one of them spent all his time looking at his phone. I told them not to take certain items eg microwave, vacuum cleaner but they still took them

Andro and his team mate were lovely to deal with. Very accommodating and helpful. Would use them again no problem. Had a few hiccups when first move date had to be rescheduled as they did not book a big enough truck, but sorted it out for the next move. Lucky my move was not time critical, the boys were very apologetic, not their fault though.

“A nightmare”
Quoted me over the phone and asked me to follow up with the inventory via email - which did immediately. Arrived 6 hours after the time I was given on the day and said that I’d been underquoted and they didn’t have room in the truck. Tried to blame me for not sending the inventory through - but later found it! Then quoted me more than any other quote I’d received - at which point I pulled out and went with Allied - who were brilliant. In their favour, they did give me my deposit back and an extra $200, but the stress was enormous. My father had died the week before and I was trying to get his furniture shifted to my foster daughter interstate. I had to catch a plane back interstate myself in the evening on the day of the scheduled removals and ended up having to leave the keys with my dads 89 year old neighbour as I couldn’t miss my flight. The neighbour had to manage the removalists saying that I’d been underquoted and they didn’t have room in the truck. Shambles of a business!

I used their cleaning service an end of lease clean - it was an absolute rip off. 2 young boys turned up, they were given the wrong instructions re size of my villa, to wipe walls down would cost extra, didn’t do ceilings or skirting frames, doors. Windows and most areas needed to be cleaned again. Waste of $500 Appalling

From our experience, here is the top 3 points to keep in mind when moving: 1- Plan Ahead: be prepared and avoid last-minute stress. 2- Remove items you don't need: use Facebook market or Gumtree to find a new home of items you dont need anymore, this will reduce cost and headache. 3- Trust the experts: we will do the heavy lifting, you focus on settling in your new home.
