313 movers were very fast at moving my posessions
“Would not recommend”
Arrived 4 hours late and did not communicate when they would be arriving until 30 minutes prior to arrival. Be aware the booking charge is additional to services which I only found out when the invoice was sent. They also instruct their team to stay on site until invoice has been paid.

I booked No Limits first. They cancelled the night before my move! I am furious and no matter how many times I contact them I have still not received my deposit back. Is there anything you can do for me please. 313 Movers were brilliant, they stepped up at the last minute and I finally secured them for my move, all last minute.
“The worst removalist I have ever dealt with!!!”
They damaged some of my furniture, they admitted fault but trying to get the matter rectified was an absolute joke and a waste of my time. Removalists have a duty of care when loading and unloading trucks and this wasn't the case with my last relocation. Soiled stains on my white linen couches - which they had cleaned but not an acceptable job, a rip on a new 2.5 seater lounge which they repaired, but you still view the repair job - so not good enough!!! Two months of calls and emails and they just walk away! NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!!!! THE COST OF MY MOVE $7500!

45 mins late. Truck wasn’t big enough to move all my furniture. Then I was charged more money to move my 2 bedroom unit than I was to love a 4 bedroom home before Covid. I know costs have gone up. But it was too high for the servixe I received.

Turned up late, took forever to load the truck for a single load. Then had to unload to fit things in properly. Left several items behind they couldn't fit. Charged a fortune for a job that should have taken 2 hours.
“Triabunna move”
The company was very careful with my belongings, I was a bit annoyed at the time they took to load & unload. I had a number of heavy boxes, yet they did not use the sack truck to minimise the trips to & from the house. They also took a long time to travel to unload &,I therefore was charged extra for their time. Probably won' use them again or recommend them.

From our experience, here is the top 3 points to keep in mind when moving: 1- Plan Ahead: be prepared and avoid last-minute stress. 2- Remove items you don't need: use Facebook market or Gumtree to find a new home of items you dont need anymore, this will reduce cost and headache. 3- Trust the experts: we will do the heavy lifting, you focus on settling in your new home.
