“Brisbane Move”
The guys were great, polite courteous and careful. They worked tirelessly and would always want to understand our needs

45 mins late. Truck wasn’t big enough to move all my furniture. Then I was charged more money to move my 2 bedroom unit than I was to love a 4 bedroom home before Covid. I know costs have gone up. But it was too high for the servixe I received.

Turned up late, took forever to load the truck for a single load. Then had to unload to fit things in properly. Left several items behind they couldn't fit. Charged a fortune for a job that should have taken 2 hours.

The company was very careful with my belongings, I was a bit annoyed at the time they took to load & unload. I had a number of heavy boxes, yet they did not use the sack truck to minimise the trips to & from the house. They also took a long time to travel to unload &,I therefore was charged extra for their time. Probably won' use them again or recommend them.

“A Removal from hell.”
Absolute disaster. No initial communication when a truck broke down. Then a series of promises to come later, then early next morning. Still no one turned up. Finally the job was given to another team- the sign on the truck said Chess Removals. They arrived at 1330 and did a great job. However no thanks to 313 Removals who caused us to be a dYay and a half late and put us under stress for the clean up and hand over of our property.

Unorganised. Charged by the hour. Very slow at moving. Ordered extra large truck to fit in piano but couldn’t fit it in had to get another truck next day which didn’t happen then tried to charge me $700. Total rip off.
“The Removal That Caused a Stroke!”
313 Movers did not treat me with any professional experience for example, one of the men brought his bottle-feeding toddler to job with him. Both of the team, worked at a very slow pace due to caring for the toddler and running up the hours!
“DODGT - DO NOT BOOK”
Keen to take your money quickly as they can get their grubby little hands on it. Crap at delivery, communication and telling the truth. Do not use.

From our experience, here is the top 3 points to keep in mind when moving: 1- Plan Ahead: be prepared and avoid last-minute stress. 2- Remove items you don't need: use Facebook market or Gumtree to find a new home of items you dont need anymore, this will reduce cost and headache. 3- Trust the experts: we will do the heavy lifting, you focus on settling in your new home.
