“They are theft”
Given time was 2pm to 4pm but came 5:30pm and say this is taking time will come tomorrow. Please have a look all the item if you can't please don't come and they said not a problem. But they came around 7:45am keep working till 4:45pm. Also took 1 hour break, price agreed $60 for half an hour. It shouldn't take more than 5 hours. They did only half job in 8 hours except break time. They took credit card at the booking and took $102 at the time booking, but without any description they took another $1702. I have called but not pick. Total as per the agreed email should be $120 /hour x 8hours plus $60 callout fees =$1,020 but didn't finish the job even half and as per experiance team it shouln't more than 5-6hours max. Because the half and measure job other team did in 2 hours next day. So, they need to return $1000 to us. I do have evidence email. They haven't work more than that time. How do they have charge $1804 need the description. This is worst and without concern how do they cha

“Disappointed”
Arrived late, sent 2 elderly men, didn’t fit everything on the load as guaranteed. 12 hours away. Not as though I could just do it again. I’m grateful my belongings were moved but disappointed at the same time. Moving interstate is a big job. A 3 man job at minimum. Both men were in their late 60’s and didn’t understand English very well. Made the move a lot harder with communication.

Arrived 4 hours late and did not communicate when they would be arriving until 30 minutes prior to arrival. Be aware the booking charge is additional to services which I only found out when the invoice was sent. They also instruct their team to stay on site until invoice has been paid.

From our experience, here is the top 3 points to keep in mind when moving: 1- Plan Ahead: be prepared and avoid last-minute stress. 2- Remove items you don't need: use Facebook market or Gumtree to find a new home of items you dont need anymore, this will reduce cost and headache. 3- Trust the experts: we will do the heavy lifting, you focus on settling in your new home.
