“Dysart move”
Firstly, the boys were 2 1/2 hours late but once there they really got stuck in . Sam and Wail had great customer service . But on the negative the boys ripped my desk chair broke the wheels of my tool trolly , ripped the sheet on our mattress seemed to have no concept of the word fragile because they put heavy boxes on top of boxes marked fragile. Not been through all the boxes yet but we have some very expensive painting and a very expensive Single Malt whisky collection if we find any damage there someone will be paying. Richard Nobbs
“Caboolture to Hervey Bay”
The worst move we have experienced. Wrong truck sent. Packing incompetent - many breakages, no box labelled with contents. Move took 14 hours. We were threatened with police action for trespassing. Family had to complete move the following day. Moving team are from Columbia so English difficult. Bed was left in pieces in our new home. Antique desk partially put together. Rubbish bins with rubbish packed. Freezer bag of frozen food put on top of air fryer. Told after 9 hours that 2 smaller trucks should have been dispatched and move would have been more successful. Too late at that stage. I expressed concern at the length of time the team had to work. No care shown by management. All in all not a great success
“Good service on time and helpfull”
good service bbbbbbbbbbbbb
“Use somebody else. This company is horrible.”
The worst experience of my life. Half of my furniture was left behind. They did 4 hours work in total including their numerous smoke breaks. I was told they'd be here until the job was completed regardless of how many trips it took. They did 1 trip. The move wasn't ev3n 15 minutes down the road. Customer service has been horrible with being given the run around and I have now taken it up with the department of fair trading.
“Great service”
Great service. Lovely young men who did a great job.
“East Gosford to West Gosford”
Guys were very fit and listened to the instructions to move my furniture $980
“Movers”
The definitely worked hard moving my things. However, there was quite a bit of damage done to some of my furniture. They didn’t put the bed back together properly, didn’t connect up the washer like they said they would. I was compensated $50 for the damage that had been made to various pieces of furniture. The main guy was on the phone the whole time. They were trying to rush as they had another big job to pack after mine. I would not recommend.
“Underwhelming and problematic”
Cost me the same as my move from Brisbane to toowoomba to relocate 4kms despite easier access to furniture and premises. Didn’t complete the move - made 2 trips but left the remainder (less than a small van load) behind for us to move ourselves the following day. Disappeared for 40min during move claiming not taking a break and that got lost?!! Wouldn’t answer phone when tried to contact them while “lost”. Presented bill at end of move with no breakdown of hours worked. Refused to take filing cabinet upstairs at new premises claiming too heavy but carted a heavier and harder to move sofa bed up 10min later.
“Pretty good service for the cost”
Call the night before to confirm time. Didn't all fit on largest truck. Lucky we had a back up plan. They left before us and daughter helped organise where to put things. Mostly Ok. One lounge got dirty as plastic came off. Wanted to charge a lot for bubble wrap. Daughter caught them trying to blow their rubbish from truck onto our driveway.
“Bad customer service, even worse removalists!!”
Escaping domestic violence as a single father with a baby, my matter was urgent and I was reassured I'd be taken care of.I booked in a removalist to attend in the afternoon, and assured they would arrive between 10am-3pm. I notified them I had a cleaner booked in at 3:30pm and was again reassured the removalist would arrive before 3pm. Come 3pm, no removalist and I waited to be told "stuck i traffic" several times. The cleaner could not start with furniture in the house. I waited until near 5pm for the removalists to show finally, take one look, wrinkled their node up at me then went off for 20 minutes yelling into their phone in another language at their boss then took off. Admin said they were told they cancelled the job because they sait's a health hazard and filthy/smelled" It was all a fabricated lie just because they judged me as a person. I was mid move, and trying to flee my abusive partner. This company put my son and myself at risk. Thumbs DOWN BEWARE.
