The response time was about excellent, on budget and on time. Made the moving experience much less stressful.

The company's Customer service was great spoke with Adam a few times he did everything possible to fix the problems... it was the 2 guys they sent out that spoke very little English i presume as we told them things 5 or 6 times and they still didn't listen they threw boxes around and broke crystal i cannot replace not impressed and lucky i dont have to move again .
“Very expensive and unprofessional”
They were over 2 hours late (although this was unavoidable due to an accident the communication was terrible). Kept saying they would be there at a certain time and then wasn't and didn't ring up to let us know. Were aware of the 3 flights of stairs and the client having a large fridge and I had to pay extra for this, yet they didn't even have a large trolley, or a stair trolley or a trolley with a belt to fasten fridge! The two guys struggled because the trolley they had not suitable and then complained about the stairs and my client and colleagues ended up carrying the other items up themselves (4 boxes) while the movers only did the 3 white goods. They also didn't have a ramp on the truck and struggled to get the fridge on there. At one stage my client thought they were going to drop the fridge, while lifting it on to the truck. The price of $660 was ridiculous and then they added on GST and a card surcharge, totalling $739.15. I will never call them again.
“Under quoted, late and left stressed!!”
Customer service by phone was pleasant for most part but the actual movers, who came in a 'No Limits' truck were a different story! 2 blokes came 2 hours later than estimated window then argued about amount to be moved and I had to pay more than quoted??!!! Something to do with more cubic metres??!! They wouldn't start till I agreed to pay more.. the younger one was always on his phone in a different language, both spoke limited English which made working out the issue difficult. Only customer service finally resolved with an updated bill for me to pay. When the movers did start they took quite a while, about 2 hours for a less than 2 bedroom house??!! Near the end, they told me they couldn't take a few small items due to 'health n safety', these were a small TV screen, computer screen and some pics in frames?? My car was already packed.. The next day, when they got to storage facility I received more troubled calls... Would not recommend this mob given all this! :(

From our experience, here is the top 3 points to keep in mind when moving: 1- Plan Ahead: be prepared and avoid last-minute stress. 2- Remove items you don't need: use Facebook market or Gumtree to find a new home of items you dont need anymore, this will reduce cost and headache. 3- Trust the experts: we will do the heavy lifting, you focus on settling in your new home.
