Mac from admin was incredibly accommodating. We ran into issues with our new place and had to delay our move at the last minute. Mac was very understanding and helped us reschedule smoothly, which we really appreciated! On moving day, we had Yousif and Imad—absolute legends! They were extremely efficient, hardworking, and fast, all while being super friendly. Despite the challenging access, they handled everything professionally and didn’t waste any time. From our experience, here is the top 3 points to keep in mind when moving: 1- Plan Ahead: be prepared and avoid last-minute stress. 2- Remove items you don't need: use Facebook market or Gumtree to find a new home of items you dont need anymore, this will reduce cost and headache. 3- Trust the experts: we will do the heavy lifting, you focus on settling in your new home.
