“Helpfull removalist”
Great assistance. Did as many trips as it took to move the whole house. Amazingly helpful, polite. Only issue are small marks left on fridge and coffee table.

Booking team 10/10 Removalist team 10/10 Customer service not so great , chose a fixed rate , was suppose to pay final amount on day of move , only to have it taken 1 week early prior to move . Recieved email charged extra due to fuel costs , not my problem when we paid in full prior to move . Maybe you should update your website to reflect this . No contact from customer service after I called as we weee them charged $117 for so called fuel costs after I paid cash on an agreed amount !

1st item moved they chipped the bookcase. Apart from that a solid move till i was held at ransom. At the new house they required payment in full before they would start unloading. Was offered direct debt or bank transfer. Went with direct Debt and instead of the $1250 outstanding after the 200. The boss told me it was 1370. when asked why i was told bank fees and toll ways. When you say 1450 flat rate in the quote they should include any bank fees and tolls otherwise what flat rate mean?

From our experience, here is the top 3 points to keep in mind when moving: 1- Plan Ahead: be prepared and avoid last-minute stress. 2- Remove items you don't need: use Facebook market or Gumtree to find a new home of items you dont need anymore, this will reduce cost and headache. 3- Trust the experts: we will do the heavy lifting, you focus on settling in your new home.
