“Wagon Movers , check your items before moving”
The guys were organized and efficient. You pay $100 extra for stairs , it wasn't told when we got the quote. Take pictures prior moving valuable furniture. They scratched and dented the dinner table. They took pictures and are aware of it, but didn't respond yet to the damage.

Didn’t return calls. Didn’t quote correctly. Sub-contracted out Truck 3 1/2 hrs late - allegedly broke down Truck didn’t fit all our furniture, was left to transport ourselves. Agreed to fixed price then wanted more money. Very poor experience Will never use again
“Cheap is expensive”
You think you get a cheap service, but the guys took almost 8 hours(!) to move a 2 bedroom house within the same suburb, without any white goods to carry. They get paid by the hour, obviously, so why not... They also caused minor damage to multiple items. They had us work as well and carry boxes ourselves (it would have taken longer if we didn't). One of the 2 movers was new, in his second day in the job. And he was noy only slacking and taking breaks (which we paid for), but also didn't even know how to carry stuff without damaging. The customer service was really bad, and had excuses for everything. We ended up just paying and thanking god it was finished.
“Probably wouldn't use again”
Contacted mover used through company. Insisted on partner giving 5 star google review when partner had actually been at work for most of the time and we hadn't had a chance to chat yet. The guys were polite enough. Felt rushed and things ended up getting left behind.

Arrived on time, were well presented and polite. The best think is they didn’t dawdle to milk the hourly rate. After a horrendous experience with Other Movers earlier this year these guys were really good. Good value for money- would recommend

I started Wagon Movers with the goal of providing reliable and affordable moving services to people in Melbourne and Victoria.
