Scratched my floors but owner has been helpful. I am waiting for quotes to fix problem.

White goods dropped and smashed, still fighting for compensation. Wooden furniture damaged. Nothing wrapped for protection. After service has been disgraceful.

They arrived on time. Loaded and unloaded goods professionally. Verry happy, I would use them again.

The movers were on time and worked well to completed the move in 1hr 17mins. The problem that I have emailed and discussed on the phone with MyMovers is that the Confirmation Email received at 3:30pm on 17th March states that there is a 2 hour job minimum. This was increased to 2 Hrs 30 mins at payment. The lady that I spoke to at 15:34pm 9th April 0480002105 told me that she was processing the refund of $100+ while helping me complete the customer review. I would like to withdraw that review until the money is refunded.

They advised they were going to meet me at my storage shed between 7 & 10am, I called on the morning to see if they could be more specific but nobody answered. They turned up st 11, no apologies and took their time unpacking the truck, a lot of the time was spent on their phones...I was paying an hourly rate. They moved my belongings from Southport to Southport. A 10 minute drive

Hired 3 weeks in advance, did not show up at all

Great job. Truck was too small but that wasn’t the fault of the removalists. I wold encourage everyone to overestimate rather than underestimate their possessions!

The team that moved us were top class and quick

They were very helpful and made everything fit into the truck so it only required one trip.
