The movers were punctual, efficient and friendly and we were very pleased that we had chosen them.

Originally quoted $2k, which I paid. I was not able to complete the packing (80yo) arranged for removalist to complete. When they arrived to complete packing and load up (after I was in new location) they informed me as I had more cartons than they expected I had to pay extra $4k before they would deliver anything. In despiration I paid this extra. On arrival I learnt they did NOT bring my Mobility Scooter, because the boys felt it NOT safe on their steep loading ramp. (45deg ramp, no lifting platform) I complained to office who replied scooter etc will be delivered in 2weeks. Pay more $ for prompt delivery. As unpacking continued I found I was ripped-off. Many cartons they packed had little or only rubbish in it eg 3 empty Cola bottles, paper & bubble wrap. Charged $19 per such box PLUS cubic capacity in truck. A total scam, now being investigated by Fair Trading, NSW. I CANNOT recommend them. Just avoid them. Total Rip-off Merchants!!! Thieves and liars. Rating 2? - '00'
“WORST REMOVALIST I HAVE EVER SEEN”
waist of time & money DAMAGES- LOSSES try to make a insurance claim and getting the run around don't beleive they had it INSURED . At first when I approch them they seemed ok but thats now a laugh keep telling me leave it with me I will send claim forms that was on 13/03/2023 that was Nicole I've tride 3 time since then to get her NOT AVAILABLE . Spoke to SAM this morning 20/03/2023 9-30 am he will get back to me today STILL WAITING I was in the Furniture removals game 36 years Nev Woolley Removals-Davis Van Lines_ Grace Bros,- Ansett Wridgways as a subbie in Newcastle never seen a Remoalist run like STARCITY REMOVALS drivers telling you while there loading you are not talking to anyone in AUSTRALIA there overseas WHAT A LOAD OF CRAPP running 3 or 4 companys out of same yard in REVSEBY NSW
